Rupy Kaur is the founder of You Own It. She is currently a Health Psychologist in training.

Health Psychology is one of the newer areas in the discipline of Psychology. Rupy is extremely passionate about its principles, which lie at the foundation of You Own It.

Rupy’s prior experience involves working in the third sector as a disability activist, as well as working in the education sector.

Rupy is passionate about You Own It and its key aim of empowering others to take ownership of their health and wellness.
