AliceAlice is a young (ish) mum, with a usually bouncy and vibrant view of the world around her. After having her first baby she found herself feeling a little bit lost and is on her own journey to reclaiming herself. She loves good food and a good cocktail but it’s time to put that into moderation and get herself back into an exercise regime that fits around a little one.

JarardJarard is a 37-year-old male from Reporoa, New Zealand. Reporoa is a small rural area mostly made up of forestry and dairy farms. He owns a 6-acre block of land where he lives and raises a few sheep and cows for his own consumption. He enjoys the outdoors and his hobbies are hunting, quad bike riding and basically anything outdoors. Jarard is a T5 paraplegic and works 4 days a week for Rex Bionics. Rex Bionics is an exoskeleton company based in Auckland NZ, 4 hours’ drive from where he lives. So, he travels and stays in Auckland for this time, he does this as he’s not into the bright lights of the city, being born and raised on a dairy farm. Jarard had a car accident in 2006 that resulted in his spinal cord injury. He has always worked to not let his disability stop him from doing anything and still believes anything is possible with the right drive and motivation.
