Hi everybody! Welcome to the third edition of my blog in this series. Last week we spoke about how I turned into a zombie due to lack of sleep. I’m pleased to say that I’m finally sleeping better and feel like I can #JumpforJune (metaphorically).

I’ve been listening to my own advice and it’s working! And do you know what the ironic thing is? Before acting consistently with my sleep habits, I realised that actually only slept badly for half of the week! How come?

It’s a bit of a long story but I’m actually living between two places at the moment. And literally there are only a few things that I’ve done differently between the two places!

Due to the circumstances in the place where I slept better I was going to bed when I was actually tired, I put on some fairy lights whilst getting ready for bed and I didn’t use my iPad to watch YouTube videos because I was genuinely tired.

In the place where I didn’t sleep so well, I’d go to bed quite early, have no mood lighting and watch YouTube videos on my iPad until the early hours of the morning!

That’s it. That’s all the difference.
