Rupy KaurHello everybody! I’m so excited to be blogging for You Own It and I look forward to getting to know you as time goes on.

The premise of You Own It is not to tell you how you should become healthier, but rather to empower you to take ownership of your own health and well-being.

If you have explored the website, you will understand that most people have a wellness challenge. A wellness challenge may be anything from not having a work-life balance to experiencing feelings such as anxiety. Although it may be difficult at times, overcoming a wellness challenge should not feel like a chore. Through the website, we hope to offer each other support and encouragement in a fun way!

I would like to lead by example and therefore each month I will be sharing my own wellness challenge with you and would encourage you either to join me with my challenge or choose your own challenge and share your experiences as to how you are progressing or not progressing with your own challenge.
